As part of the fruitful collaboration between the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Qatar Charity, and within the framework of the “Come to His Shade” campaign, 94 schools for boys and girls are currently organizing charitable Ramadan activities. These initiatives aim to promote social solidarity, foster a culture of volunteerism and philanthropy among students, and provide support to underprivileged families in Qatar throughout the holy month. The activities will continue throughout Ramadan.
In this context, Her Excellency Lolwah bint Rashid bin Mohammed Al Khater, Minister of Education and Higher Education, joined students today in preparing Ramadan food supply boxes designated for families in need. Her participation reflects the Ministry’s commitment to instilling humanitarian and social values among students.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Education and Higher Education launched the “Come to His Shade” campaign to reinforce spiritual and ethical values during Ramadan. The initiative includes a series of lectures, educational, social, and charitable activities targeting both public and private schools. The campaign is conducted in collaboration with several national entities, including the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, Qatar Charity, Katara Cultural Village, and various educational institutions and centers.
